Refund policy
Ameera Modest Wear is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date (domestically) * - unworn with original packaging and tags in place. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
1. To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@ameerawear.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and customs cost. Buyer may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. COD shipments will be returned to the sender.
2. Please note we do not refund any shipping cost.
3. We do not accept any returns after 14 days from delivery date.
4. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
5. Please be aware if you were eligible for free shipping and you are returning entire contents of your order, initial shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
6. To cancel an order, please contact Ameera Modest Wear as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment (less the shipping fees) as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
7. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Items Ineligible for Return
All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for a Return or Exchange.
Important Notes:
Domestic is defined as the Continental United States of America and Canada.
Due to the limitations of the current electronic display devices, it is NOT possible to accurately ascertain the colour of an item when viewing on such devices. We provide NO guarantee if the colour of the product purchased does not turn out to be exactly as expected.
Ameera Modest Wear reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit, or refund if the item(s) does not meet or Returns and Exchange Policy requirements once assessed. If the returned item(s) is denied, the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
